Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. water
    1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
    1 (16 oz.) can early June peas
    1 c. celery
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the first 6 ingredients and cool.
