Buttermilk Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked pastry shell (9 or 10-inch)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour and vanilla; stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until set.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yields 8 servings.
