New England Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. (scant) curry powder
generous dash of Worcestershire
1 clove garlic
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except oil in the order given.
Add oil gradually, stirring until well blended.
Remove garlic before serving.
Excellent on green salad, avocado and celery or thick slices of tomato.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
