Cheese Beef And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 steak
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 c. green onions
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. beef bouillon
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Freeze steak partially (may use cheap cut of steak).
    Slice thin while still partially frozen and brown.
    Stir-fry with meat the celery, onions, carrots and garlic (if desired).
    Add gravy of the beef bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    May add more water if want thinner or to cook longer.
    Add the bean sprouts and mushrooms with juice.
    Simmer until flavors are blended and vegetables are well done.
