Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
sugar seeds
1 c. oil
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, sugar, 2 eggs and salt. Combine with mixer.
Add the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda mixture.
Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Roll into balls and dip in seeds.
Press on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Watch closely; they burn easily.
