Easy, Easy Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix milk, vanilla and eggs, then add the sifted flour gradually and beat with a wire whisk.
    In a large skillet, drop 1 teaspoon of oil, then pour batter into skillet to cover the bottom.
    When the top of the crepe disappears, dry then flip and cook the other side.
