Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
