Taco Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Add tomatoes, reserving juice and adding water to make 2 1/2 cups.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally until most of the moisture is absorbed.
    Top with cheese.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
