Barbecue Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. flat cut beef brisket
    2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. tenderizer
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    16 to 18 oz. jar Open Pit barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Rub salts, tenderizer, sugar and Worcestershire sauce on each side of brisket.
    Wrap brisket in foil and let marinate overnight. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    During last 1/2 hour, open foil and drain all but 1/2 cup juice.
    Add Open Pit barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
    Baste 2 to 3 times during last 1/2 hour.
    Slice diagonally.
    Pour desired amount of sauce over brisket slices.
