Ham Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. diced raw potatoes
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    5 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    8 oz. cooked ham, diced
Preparation
    Melt
    butter and saute onion, potatoes and celery until almost cooked
    through.
    Mix
    flour with 1/2 cup of the milk, then add it and the remaining milk to the potato mixture.
    Add corn
    and ham; heat until piping hot.
    Serve hot with a salad or diced tomatoes.
    Serves 4.
