Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    3 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/4 c. butter
    20 to 25 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook 3 pounds of chicken.
    Pull meat off and place in shallow baking dish (9 x 9-inch or 9 x 13-inch).
    Mix together the soup, sour cream and poppy seed.
    Spread mixture over chicken.
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and brown in butter. Spread over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
