Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Make paste of vinegar, cocoa and food coloring.
    Sift all dry ingredients.
    Add alternately.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
