Gwen'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil (safflower)
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour and baking powder and set aside.
    Blend eggs and oil until light yellow.
    Add and blend sugar, orange juice and vanilla for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the flour mixture. Batter will be thick.
    Peel and slice thinly 3 to 4 large apples (Rome or golden Delicious).
    Grease and flour 2 (10-inch) tube or Bundt pans.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Layer batter, then apples (sprinkle with cinnamon).
    Repeat.
    Bake 1 hour.
