Hash Brown Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded hash browns (frozen)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Put potatoes in pan and arrange.
    In another bowl mix rest of ingredients and only half of the cheese.
    Pour over hash browns.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
