German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. cooking apples, peeled and diced
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until foamy.
Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and vanilla.
Add apples and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, or frost.
