Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. unsalted butter
    1 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 pkg. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    2 Tbsp. strong black coffee
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 (9-inch) pastry pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Cream butter. Gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one is added. Add melted chocolate, coffee and rum. Mix well. Stir in flour and pecans. Pour mixture into pie shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes two pies.
