Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    8 oz. bag herb seasoned dressing mix (stuffing)
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots with squash and onion mixture.
    Melt butter.
    Stir in stuffing mix.
    Put 1/2 stuffing mix on bottom of dish, then all of vegetable mixture.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
