Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut or nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add\tsugar.\tSift flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
    Add to
    mixture.
    Add
    melted
    Crisco, vanilla and coconut or nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes approximately 24 servings.
