Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg (can also be made with ground chicken)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. grated cheese (the more the better, depends on your taste)
    4 slices Italian bread, soaked in milk until soft, then remove excess milk by pressing between hands
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned. Meatballs can also be pan fried.
