Chili Bravo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
    1 (16 oz.) vegetable or tomato juice
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice and onions. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Stir in mixed vegetables. Cover.
    Simmer an additional 4 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
