Vienna Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
pinch of grated nutmeg
few drops lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Beat egg well.
Mix with other ingredients, except sour cream. Shape into cakes and cook like hamburgers.
Remove meat to serving dish.
Heat sour cream in same pan and pour over meat. Serve with mushrooms.
Serves 4.
