Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 cup cooking oil-applesauce
1 T. vanilla
2 cups zucchini-shredded and unpeeled
2 cups sugar
2 cups unsifted all purpose flour
1 T. comma, pm
1 1/2 t. soda
1 1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1 cup nuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine eggs (applesauce) oil, vanilla, and zucchini.
Add rest of ingredients.
Batter will be thin.
