Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium carrots, sliced thin
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1 small onion, quartered
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Blend until smooth.
Pour into vegetable mixture and cook until thickened.
