Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. herbed croutons
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and degreased
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Place croutons on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish, then cheese.
Mix eggs with other ingredients; pour over croutons; refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
