Artichokes And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. fine Italian-style bread crumbs
Preparation

Melt 1/4 cup of the butter and saute mushrooms and onion until tender.
In greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish, arrange mushrooms, onion and artichokes.
Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
Melt remaining butter in skillet.
Brown crumbs, stirring constantly. Sprinkle on top of vegetables.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
