Whole Wheat Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose white flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add egg and combine. In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together, then add to creamed mixture. Stir in undrained pineapple just until all ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 14.
