Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples (1/2-inch pieces)
    2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg (sifted).
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
