Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried apricots
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
Preparation
    Cover apricots with water; let stand 30 minutes.
    Drain and dice.
    Mix sugar, butter, egg and orange juice.
    Sift dry ingredients; add with nuts to sugar and egg mixture.
