Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    4 large garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor; process with on/off turns until smooth.
    Stir in cheese.
    Serve pesto over cooked pasta; use as dressing for potato salad.
    Mix with rice.
    Use in soup or as a topping for vegetables.
    Makes 6 servings.
