Joy'S Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1/3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk (approximately)
1/2 c. water (approximately)
Preparation

Brown sausage in skillet. Do not drain. Add flour, a few teaspoons at a time, coating sausage, stirring often and scraping bottom.
Add milk and water slowly, stirring often.
Reduce heat and let simmer until thickened.
Serve over hot biscuits.
