Boston Baked Beans(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 cans (15 oz. each) pinto beans
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. tomato ketchup
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Slice bacon into 1/2-inch strips.
    Saute bacon, onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
    Drain beans.
    Combine beans, onion mixture and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
