Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bunches broccoli
    2 c. dry roasted sunflower seeds
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 small red onion
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. cider vinegar (brown)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. mayo
Preparation
    Two hours before serving:
    Wash broccoli and separate into small pieces or flowerets.
    Slice onion thinly and separate.
    Add onion and raisins to broccoli.
    Pour dressing mixture over this; cover and refrigerate.
    Add bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving.
