English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (1 lb.) can LeSueur peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped or grated
2 oz. jar pimento, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 stick melted margarine
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Combine peas, chestnuts, onion, pimento and soup.
Mix together the margarine and crackers and sprinkle over the top. Add cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until top is bubbly.
