Harvest Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice, cinnamon, ground cloves and nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin and oatmeal. Beat well. Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the pumpkin mixture. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Loosen sides and invert pan on dish towel.
    Makes 1 large loaf.
