Mom'S Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, chopped, or 2 c. fresh cooked salmon
    3 eggs, beaten lightly
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in greased dish or steamer pan.
    Steam
    for
    1
    hour.\tServe with lemon or tartar sauce.
