Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 to 6 breasts
    1 stick oleo
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    garlic to taste
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
    1 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook chicken and bone, saving broth.
    Melt butter or oleo and add chopped vegetables.
    Simmer.
    Add tomatoes, soup and broth. Add seasonings, chicken and cooked spaghetti.
    Mix well.
    Pour into one large or 2 other casserole dishes.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
