Garden Patch Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into diagonal slices
    water
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. honey
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Slice carrots. Place in a saucepan of cold water to cover. Salt to taste.
    Bring to boil, cook about 5 minutes or until just tender.
    Drain.
    Combine with honey and lemon juice.
    May be doubled.
    Serves 4.
