Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 Tbsp. minced onion (Spice Jar)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Mix last 4 ingredients together and layer 1/4 in casserole dish.
    Put 1/2 chicken mixture on top of crumbs, another crumb layer, remaining half of chicken mixture and a last layer of crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    This can be frozen for use on one of those nights when it is impossible to cook.
