Buttermilk Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1 cup flour and beat.
    Stir in the rest of the flour.
    Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Put in a bowl and grease the top of the dough.
    Cover; let rise 1 hour. Punch down.
    Roll in 2 (12-inch) circles.
    Brush with butter.
    Cut pie shaped pieces and roll up.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
