Hot Guacamole Ole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
3 ripe avocados, halved and peeled
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 green onions (including green stalks - 3 inches), finely chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (fresh is best)
Preparation

Process jalapeno, garlic and avocado in food processor until finely chopped.
Remove 1/4 of avocado mix from processor.
Add lemon juice to avocado in processor.
Process until smooth. In bowl, mix all of avocado mix and remaining ingredients.
Serve as soon as possible with tortilla chips and water!
