Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn (not drained)
1 can cream-style corn
1 stick melted margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients. Bake in a shallow dish at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. The longer the dish, the longer the baking time.
