Norwegian Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced apples
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and the unbeaten egg; mix well until all are combined.
Add baking powder, salt and vanilla and mix.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased pie plate and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
