Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, minced fine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 stalks celery hearts, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
    buttered bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with salt, onion and celery as directed on package; drain.
    Add rice, soup and cheese.
    Pour mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
