Tennessee Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown chops and drain.
    Mix well the soup and the milk.
    In a skillet, place chops, sliced onion and soup mix and sprinkle with sage and pepper.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
