Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    8 scallions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/3 c. parsley, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 egg
    1/3 c. pimento, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until well done.
    Add the following, blending after each addition: crabmeat, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and egg.
    Cook until mixture is thick and smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pimento and seasonings.
    Stuff crab shells. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
