Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cream butter, oil and sugar; blend in vanilla, eggs and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture with zucchini. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
