Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. grated jalapeno cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Put half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch well-greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle on cheese.
    Add rest of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
