Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Blend in flour and seasoning. Gradually stir in milk and broth.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese.
    Cook slowly, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
