Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Marsala wine
1/3 c. mushrooms
Preparation

Rub chicken with lemon.
Brown garlic in butter and rosemary. Flour and season chicken.
Add to butter and brown for 2 minutes on each side on high heat.
Add wine.
Cover, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
