Dolly'S Catfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. broiled, deboned catfish or fish desired
    1 medium or large can tomatoes, crushed
    1/2 lb. finely cut butts meat or bacon
    1 large finely chopped onion
    6 potatoes, peeled, cubed, boiled and cooled separately
    hot sauce to taste or 2 red peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine butts meat and onion together in bottom of large pot. Add a little grease to saute.
    Add tomatoes, deboned fish and spices and let cook on low for awhile.
    If you use red peppers, remember to remove them before serving.
    They get hotter and hotter.
    Can be frozen for later use also.
